We usually ship within 1-2 business days, so you’ll receive your order promptly. For domestic orders over $100 our standard shipping is FREE in the US.  If you’re in a hurry you may upgrade shipping at checkout. Some items may require longer processing time. 

We accept returns and exchanges on regularly priced, non-discounted items only. Eligible items must be received by us within 30 days of the original ship date.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee at Tesa Babe’s discretion.

Sale items, holiday styles, specially priced items, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
